The Bespoke Process

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION

    It all begins with an idea (possibly lots of ideas and a Pinterest board) and a first conversation with us. Contact us on whatsapp, via email or submit a form below with more details and we will get back to you with a cost to design and make your bespoke piece of jewellery.

    We have had everything from a power point presentation of ideas to some having absolutely no idea where to start.

    Wherever you are on that scale, we are here to help. Send us as much (or as little) information, ask as many questions and we will make your dream ring.

  • CAD, WAX & STONE SELECTION

    We will provide you with a 3D CAD of your ring, designed to your specifications and a high quality video of the diamond we have hand-picked for you that we think best fits your budget and design.

    If you are working with us on a piece for yourself, we will post you a wax model of your ring so that you can try it on and get a feel for how it looks and sits on the hand. If you are happy and want to proceed, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total to be paid upfront so that our workshop can start casting your bespoke piece of jewellery.

    Bespoke pieces take 4-6 weeks to craft.

  • FINISHED PIECE & SHIPPING

    We know how exciting (and stressful) this process is, so we will be in regular contact to let you know how your piece of jewellery is progressing.

    No question is too small and we know you will probably have questions. Don’t be shy - we are on hand to guide, answer questions and set your mind at ease, at any point.

    We will contact you via whatsapp or email to let you know when your piece is complete and send an HD video of the finished piece so we can ensure you are happy.

    Your ring will then be prepared for shipping and we ask that you settle the remaining balance on your invoice prior to shipment.

Our bespoke pieces are designed just for you and each is made to order and cast in our London based workshop. Our mission is to make your vision a reality.

Bespoke pieces start at £2500 and take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Please note that production times are an approximate guide and can be subject to delays, however, we will always keep in contact with you throughout.

If you require a bespoke piece faster than our lead-time, please make us aware. Our record is three days but this is one of the few times that we do not want to set records.
