At present, we do not have any Ready to Ship pieces of jewellery. All the jewellery we make is bespoke, customised and made to your exact specifications. This means that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our items, as each piece is made just for you. 

You will have agreed to these exact specifications prior to committing and paying for your order.

In the very unlikely event that we do not make your item to the agreed specifications, we will cover the cost of any repairs or alterations to ensure your item is perfect and meets the agreed specifications, as well as the cost of shipping the item to us and back. In the very unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault with your bespoke item, we will cover the cost of any repairs to ensure your item is perfect and you are happy, as well as the cost of shipping the item to us and back. If you receive your bespoke piece of jewellery, it has been made to your specifications but you wish to make changes, we will complete any alterations once at our cost price to you. We want you to be happy and love your Miyazato piece for life. We ask that you cover the cost of shipping in this instance. If you wish to make further alterations after this, we will quote you to complete this work at our usual customisation/bespoke price.

We will re-size your ring (where possible, please note some styles cannot be altered and we will make you aware of this prior to confirming the order) once as a complimentary part of our after-care service. Please note, we allow for all our rings to have a 1/4 size of variance from the agreed size.
