  • How do I ensure I order the correct size?

    We recommend downloading “Ring Sizer - Ring Fing” on the apple or google store. It is a handy little app where you place a ring that your partner already wears (on their ring finger) into a circle and increase the size of the circle until it fits perfectly within the ring. Modern and sneaky!

    For our clients who are making a bespoke ring for themselves, we will post out a complimentary ring sizer to you once design has been agreed upon.

    What if I order the wrong size?

    Most rings are very easy to re-size and we offer one complimentary re-size after you have received your ring.

    Please contact us at hello@miyazatodiamonds.com to arrange sending back your item for a re-size.

    Please note that Miyazato Diamonds will not be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in return post to us. We therefore ask you to ensure any items you are posting back to us are packaged securely, have the correct address and have insured/signed for delivery.

  • We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects on all our jewellery. This guarantee does not cover accidents, impacts, lack of care, fair wear and tear, or damage caused by mishandling or lack of care.

    We also offer a complimentary deep clean and polish of your piece of your ring once per year. Please email us at hello@miyazatodiamonds.com to arrange.

  • No we do not, and proudly never will.

    Our model is to provide all the bespoke, luxurious elements of a store and designing a piece of jewellery but without the cost associated with this.

    We can only do this by not having the overhead of a shop with the expense of a huge amount of stock to display. We are, in fact, proud not to hold stock of rings and diamonds because this means we are always sourcing you the best, most competitively priced diamond on the market at the time, and we are not tied to trying to sell you the one that is sat in our window.

    Every engagement ring we make is bespoke, made to order and will only have ever been tried on by one person.

  • Bespoke Pieces

    As each piece of bespoke jewellery is made to order for you, our bespoke designs cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

    We pride ourselves on service and going above and beyond for each of our clients. Please contact us if you are unhappy for any reason, we will always do our best to find a good solution for you.

  • Finished pieces will be shipped using fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. This requires a signature on arrival, we will work you prior to shipping to ensure the parcel will arrive on a date that you will be in.

    Miyazato Diamonds will not take responsibility for incorrectly supplied addresses.

  • We offer a complimentary deep clean and polish of your ring once per year.

  • As with anything involving a surprise, there is always an element of risk. Rest assured that in five years, this has only happened to one of our clients.

    At Miyazato Diamonds we know how sentimental and special this piece of jewellery is. We want you to look at it and love it every single day. So (in the extremely unlikely instance) this happens, we will work with you both to re-design something you love. We will only charge you our cost price to do this.
